For those of you who do not live or never have lived in the Chicagoland area, today is not a holiday. But those of you who have will join me in celebrating Kasimir S. Pulaski Day. Kielbasa and Zywiec (although I have to be honest, most Polacks prefer Old Style in my experience) for all.
